You will need:
• 200g of açaí sorbet
• 1 banana
Granola
• Strawberry and/or blueberry

How to do it:
1. Place the slightly thawed açaí sorbet in the blender.
2. Blend with half a banana to make it creamier.
3. Place in a bowl.
4. Garnish with sliced bananas, granola, and fruit on top.

Açaí Smoothie

You will need:
• 200g of Waçaí sorbet
• 1 banana
• 100ml of milk or plant-based drink
• Ice (optional)

How to do it:
1. Put everything in the blender.
2. Beat until very smooth.
3. Serve in a glass and top with granola if desired.

Acai in a Cup (layers)

You will need:
• Açaí sorbet
Granola
• Banana
• Strawberry
• Condensed milk (optional)

How to assemble:
1. Place a layer of granola on the bottom.
2. Add a layer of açaí.
3. Place sliced bananas.
4. Repeat the layers.
5. Finish with strawberries and a drizzle of condensed milk.

Protein Acai Bowl

You will need:

• 200g of açaí sorbet

• 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

• Peanut butter

• Chestnuts

 

How to do it:

1. Blend the açaí with the protein in a blender.

2. Place in the bowl.

3. Finish with peanut butter and cashews.

Acai with Tapioca

You will need:

• 2 ready-made tapioca discs

• Açaí sorbet

• Strawberry

• Condensed milk

How to assemble:

2. Add a layer of açaí.
3. Place sliced bananas.
4. Repeat the layers.
5. Finish with strawberries and a drizzle of condensed milk.

You will need:

• 200g of açaí sorbet

• 2 pieces of mochi (daifuku or plain mochi)

• Anko (sweet bean paste) optional

• Strawberry

• Matcha powder (optional)

How to assemble:

1. Place the açaí in the bowl.

2. Place the mochis on top.

3. Add anko (red bean paste) to the side.

4. Garnish with strawberries and sprinkle with matcha powder.
